These costs are based on a fully furnished apartment with utilities, (except for Foxwood, you will have to add phone and cable), washer & dryer in unit or building, Cordova and Foxwood include 1 indoor parking space. Cordova square charges $40 per maid service, Alpine and Foxwood charge $25 per maid service.
These facilities are already mostly booked for the entire spring/summer tourist season. Many visitors do not realize that Alaska has a very large tourist industry. It is difficult to find hotel rooms and rentals during spring/summer. If you plan any visitors to Alaska spring/summer, you'll want to schedule their hotels or temporary housing as soon as possible.
